With the change over to “dc-wildcat” this academic year, the onboarding of devices was changed. There is a chance that a device that you had registered may run into an issue when reconnecting. This could be caused by your device registration expiring. We’re currently working to overcome this expiration issue. Until we’ve had time to correct this you might be required to manually remove your device and re-register it. To do this please be sure that you’re connected to “dc-wildcat” and then follow the instructions on our Remove a Device page. If you need to manually re-add a device please follow the instructions on Connecting a Device page.
