All students and Daemen employees must have and use a Daemen email account. These accounts will be used for all Daemen related communication and will also provide access to Blackboard. To access your Daemen email account, follow the instructions below.
To access your Daemen email account, follow the instructions below.
- Begin by going to Username Lookup and Password Creation.
- Enter your information and Click/Tap ‘Verfiy’

- Make note of your MyDaemen Username, then Click/Tap ‘Setup Your Account and Password’ to continue.

- Enter and Confirm your desired password.
- Click/Tap ‘Submit’
- You will then be redirected to login.

- Enter your Username
- You can check ‘Remember my username’ if you are on a trusted computer or device
- Click/Tap ‘Continue’

- Enter your Password
- You can check ‘Keep me signed in’ to avoid having to enter your password for 2 weeks
- Click/Tap ‘Continue’

- You will now have to setup your Security Questions. This only needs to be done when you are setting up your account
- Click/Tap ‘Save’ When you are done
- You will then be taken to your profile page

- You do not need to do anything on your profile page

What if this didn’t work?
- Double check that you followed the format for “Social Security or ID Number” and “Date of Birth” exactly.
- If you double checked and resubmitted your personal information and still cannot access your username and password please put in a Help Desk Ticket that includes your first name, your last name, and a phone number to contact you.
- If you are a new employee, please double check with your supervisor that an account creation request was submitted. If not the request form can be found under the Technology tab on the MyDaemen site, entitled “New Employee User Account Request Form”.
