Once you have determined which Blackboard environment your course is in, you will need to utilize LockDown browser in the following way(s) to successfully access your exam.
If your course is in Original, you need to launch LockDown Browser and access the test.
To LockDown Browser – Testing in Original
If your course is in Ultra, navigate to the test in Blackboard and access it from there. LockDown Browser will launch when the test is opened.
