A Guide to User Accounts and Where to go for Help

There are many systems on campus that require an active username and password. It can get confusing which username and password works with what system. This is a guide to help clarify which information to use and if there is a problem where to go for help.

If you are experiencing problems while attempting to login to WebAdvisor please be advised your username is the same as your Daemen e-mail and your default password is the last 6 digits of your social security number.

If your password does not work for any reason, please email: webadvisor@daemen.edu

If you are experiencing problems while attempting to login to any of the service(s) below please try the Username and Password Lookup and follow necessary instructions.

If the Username and Password Lookup did not provide a working password please contact the Information Technology Coordinator at (716) 839-8430 or email computing@daemen.edu

*Passwords in Webmail (powered Google) may be changed by the user.  However, this will NOT change your password in any other system.

If you are experiencing problems while attempting to login to the Electronic Databases try using your full name (For example, “Jane Smith”) and barcode (your ID number found on your Daemen ID card).

If your password does not work for any reason, please contact the Assistant Director of RIC and Library Services: Kara McGuire (716) 839-8243 or email kmcguire@daemen.edu

The login information for Daemen Connection is mailed to you from the Admissions Office. This is only temporary for the candidacy phase of your enrollment, once you are accepted as a fulltime student you will be provided a permanent username and password for Daemen Services. (WebAdvisor and Academic systems)

If you are experiencing problems while attempting to login to Daemen Connection please contact your designated counselor or the Admissions Office at (716) 839-8225
